Mart I`m obviously a little bit wary of Myspace currently, but the airplay we achieved in December was all Myspace generated without a doubt, the visits to the official site were nothing in comparison.
Sadly, this week I have learned you have to keep a weary bored eye to it though.

Do you honestly think My Space makes any difference at all?

Everyone in the world has a MS site these days - get real!

A&R are far too busy to trawl through millions of sites just in case they come across something interesting (if it were really interesting they would have been alerted via another route anyway).

It's just full of gullibles who know no better.

I used to think the same thing.......my opinion is changing. I'm not talking about random trolling either. I know labels that have myspace budgets, and a person on staff sitting there for a certain amount of daily time, pushing a particular page. Kids would rather visit a myspace music page than a website. It will be interesting to see where it all ends up.
Eh? A&R are far too busy to trawl through millions of sites just in case they come across something interesting (if it were really interesting they would have been alerted via another route anyway).Actually, smart A&R probably do trawl it but that's not who I'm talking about. As I said previously, people are using it as a promotion tool for the general public. Just about every label has their artists on it.
Mart 61 hits in an hour or so MM, on an uplaoded hacked track with our name on it, that wasnt anything to do with us, I was pretty worried I can tell you mate.
