JK2006 It Hurts To Be In Love - I remember singing along with that when I was in Hong Kong, going around the world in 1964, before going up to Cambridge. I was a huge Holly/Orbison/Pitney fan and wondered about the ability Gene had for harmonies. Still worth listening to for that very talent; he was also, of course, a terrific song writer. A very talented young man who sadly died a few years ago on tour here in England (which always appreciated him more than the US - as with Orbison).

This is a special, very good show - lots of Brill Building stuff (Bert Berns has already been featured several times).
