I liked "Canada" but "Everybody is OK" was simply awful, a classic example of a title appearing before the work.
To put this into perspective, let us all write this title at the top of the page.....

..and then write the song to follow it, below the headline.

To sell a product, we have to have the whole title that sits on a sleeve and a T-shirt, a great friend of mine had, what is trendily called "writers block",and I gave he/she a list of song titles to write the product for.
Sooooooo....
Try this at home, you writing guys, heres your e.p.and titles to work on.

2.I Brushed The Dust
3.Damien Stole My Credit Card
4.Pixie Bubble.
Up for it? I do hope so, this could be an interesting experiment in writing, which , lets face it , is what we do.

checked out "Canada" and it's a cracking tune. Could go big time Stateside and is certain to nothing in the UK. This guy is obviously a well developed writer with experienced musicians on side. I'd buy it. |
