GG (producer) Part of the future Yes Cilla, but there are questions, as I posted yesterday. I think they'll be deluged by thousands of acts. So in principle it will be easier for staff to check out an act, but at the same time easier for acts to submit, possibly creating a digital/cyber demo bin.

Its a move forward and I like it, yet the tipping to A&R , I think will be (at least in part and maybe a large one) the same as it always was.

I know a lot of managers and producers with relationships at all the labels.... including myself. Does anyone think this will take a back seat with this announcement??? Or how will a label now handle a tip from someone they trust, and know. I'd like to hear Ged's take on this question.
