andrew I always loved music and always will, but when I was at school I was always a real outsider with it. I knew bands that the kids never heard of.

If people used to say what bands do you like I would say The Jimi Hendrix experience, Cream, The Byrds, Dire Straits, Moody Blues, Donovan, Clifford T ward, Frank Zappa, Simon and Garfunkel and Bob Dylan (they always used to laugh at me when I said his name); the list is endless.

They said why don't you listen to good music I said I do it is better than the groups you like which is nothing than more than miming prannys on stage who don't write nothing or play nothing nor do they sing any original songs.

I doing some research on Martin Simpson and the moment I went to HMV and saw an album took it it to a listening post and I was impressed - he should tour with John Renbourn.<br><br>Post edited by: JK2006, at: 2006/03/11 11:50
