GG (producer) Yes there is something really special in that voice. I don't know if anyone saw the public television documentary on British Blues (really great stuff) and Lulu was at a jam session at Abbey Road, and she was just incredible.

Some of the young girl singers could learn something, instead of trying to mimic the histrionic warbling of some of todays stars.
Anthony My earliest memory is of Lulu on a crowded stage having jointly won the Eurovision with three others in 1969.

Four decades later, both Lulu and the contest are still going strong, but Lulu has changed less!
JK2006 I had tea with Lulu a few years ago and she looked sensational.

We used to go out in the 60's. I still own the Micky Mouse watch she brought me back from Hollywood.
DJKZ .
How on earth did she stay so gorgeous and what a voice.
I must say there is something particularly special about music from the 60s even today, just watching this video of all the old rockers. Mind you watching Lulu performing alongside them, she looked like a child. But great performance.
