I love to know where the next big rock band going to be.
I don't poser shit that is disguised as rock/metal like My Chemical Romance or Bullet For My Valentine. Peter Framptons' It's A Plain Shame is heavier. Airbourne are good but sound too much like AC/DC IMHO,
There was Man, Camel, Soft Machine, Foghat, Caravan, Focus, FM, Saxon, Molly Hatchet, Humble Pie, Lynard Skynard, Blackfoot, Def Leppard, Scorpions, Fleetwood Mac ( I love their heavy rock/blues stuff), Pink Floyd and of course Marillon (for Wyot ) |

Met him a couple of times. I was talking about Alan with Geoff Downes last Monday who said he hoped that Alan would be back for the next tour. |

In the 60s and 70s Alan was known as one of the best drummers around. He was in YES for a while (so was my Kooks member Tony O'Reilly). Only 72. |
