OK I'll chip in too. I like the subtlety of it. A good mix of facial expressions showing the varied emotions of kids around the world, mixed with simple but effective lyrics. Maybe that'll be lost on a few of the youtubers who prefer big boobs and graphic violence, but there's got to be an audience out there who'll appreciate this.
I'm glad there were no sad or crying faces as those wouldn't have fit with the lyrics, and it would have reminded people of those awful NSPCC adverts. You got the balance right, I think. |

lovely gentle feel to the music and the changing colours "made" the video for me which COULD have been a little boring but wasn't! |

Cute video. I'm more into rock guitar but I found this very thoughtful and relaxing. Sort of made me feel Christmassy too even though it's only October and has nothing to do with Christmas. |

Youtube hasn't been working well for me lately, but I finally got this video to play. Yes it's simple but it links well with the song, with the colour changes and pics of children from different nations of the world.
Where laughter and smiles replace the fears.
Love that line.
Nice smile at the end also. I hope it finds a bigger audience. The Tipsheet can sometimes be a way of boosting views/listens, but things have been quiet on here recently. Pity your names not Kenny Rogers. |
