I second JKs words here so shamelessly plug away.
However what is a pop showcase without the dancers, stage school bunnies and lip synchers ? It isn't pop without them. Stop being snobbish.
There is such an incessant wave for 'credible' music and i'm sick of it to the back teeth. The ARIAs which was on TV last Sunday was full of 'credible types' and I left was wondering where is the fun in music anymore ?
Even Idol has been bitten by this bug and now it's all about how good you can sing blah blah. Having said that there is a blazing row over one of the singers being 'fake' just because she was being polite. Now the laughable reason i heard on the radio was because 'young people have no respect for their elders' and Tarasai who was born and educated in Zimbabwe, was being polite and nice in public was fake. You can't make this up can you.
Bring back Mr Blobby, Fast Food Rockers, Reynolds Girls
Stock Aitken and Waterman PLEASE !
By the way I do like John Butler Trio lol.

Ah SW, we are totally in favour of shameless plugging - there is no shame needed for promoting yourself or others for whatever reason.
Tipsters can decide whether or not to pay attention and whether or not they like what they hear or see.
Why not?
We encourage promotion and advise everyone to devote as much or as little attention to it as they like. Why discourage the efforts of others? Spend your own energy on positive suggestions not negative ones. |

What's a dacer?
This seems to have turned into the Oggie Shameless Plugging board. |
