Green Man He was at Bournemouth doing a free gig or appearance at a Christmas market. Normally that what old and forgotten Pop Idol and X Factor singers did.

There is always a supermarket that needs opening or is that gig still reserved for Cheeky Girls?
Wyot I've managed not to hear it (or if the kids have had it on not pay any attention) just because of how he and the video looks.
Green Man I agree JK, it's utterly ridiculous and ghastly. I hear and see a bit of Wizzard also. How original...not.

We need another culture jam like we had with Rage Against The Machine at Christmas. Even though I think they are shit also, it was amusing to see them at Christmas number 1.
JK2006 Sam Ryder's Christmas single is absolutely awful. Not a real hit in a million years. It's like someone on drugs tried to copy Slade. And the video is SOO irritating. Ghastly - yet it's No2. Proof that the music industry has lost the plot and that the chart is now totally meaningless. What a shame!
