DJones now it's too late to get out. They should have sold their recorded music business in 2004 (or in the mid 90s, when Philips sold out) instead of forming the joint venture with sony.

There will be only one buyer: Sony. And this means that Sony can pay a very low price.

And why sell the publishing? It's a low risk busines with high margins.
