Bing and Bowie went surprisingly well together. They are in their way two craftsmen. I'd take Bing anytime over Frank Sinatra. |

I also love the Bowie and Bing song. Whatever gets to the top of this Fab Chart will probably be more Christmassy than the official number One, but I do hope someone outsells Leon. |

What no Z Factor?
Cool!
Good luck on whoever decides this for next week, I honestly am stumped.
There are too many major offerings to choose from, Channel 4 featured a reasonably good indie Xmas offering this week but I felt with the acts laid back attitude was little too much so.
Rob Harding had done well on airplay this year but no chart denting (in any chart),maybe the return of the gleeful Yodelling Hamster?(joking of course)
My favourite Christmas song is by Bowie and Bing.
Gorgeous, and not released in the US I read this morning somewhere. |
The Cat |
That's Ernie K Doe - not the fastest milkman, up to number 10. But the highest climber is Destri with 'A Beautiful Winter'.
New entries from Justin Bieber with a song that takes a few listens but grows on you. I've heard him sing better than this, but it's still good.
Dean Krippaehne with 'Cool Cool Christmas'. Groovy Jazz.
Rodger Christmann with an interesting and thoughtful song called 'Now That It's Chistmas'.
Last, but no where near least, the great Andy Williams.
This is a very good seasonal chart.
