Andrew Pollard I wouldn’t pay for studio time again to be honest, very expensive.

I envy just how clued up the younger generation are….the fella that produced my track was younger than me and really knowledgeable.

Thanks Andy

When I went to the event in Wiltshire, I got talking to one of the regional bands. They admitted they overspent on their promo CD and recording sessions. The band were nothing amazing but very competent.

Everything is pretty much done on Pro Tools these days, all you paying for is the sound engineer to tinkle with the pre-recorded songs from a CD or a music file. When things were done on consoles it took time.

Green Man Good luck Andrew, getting some airplay on the radio is a good start.

Andrew Pollard Hi Green Man

“ This reminds me of the Hackers soundtrack. Terrible movie but awesome soundtrack”
That’s a blast from the past and the mid 90s is just about where my knowledge of music ended 🤦‍♂️
Couldn’t tell you who’s at number 1 at the moment.

I’m definitely trying every avenue now….got my SoundCloud and bandcamp sorted….
Don’t think I’d go down too well live but I have had a local radio station play my track so I guess it’s a start.

Thanks again 👍🏻
