I personally don't think its new buyers Mart - I think its people who have seen the advert on TV and then see the CD in Tesco while waiting at the check-out.

I also remember that when Tony Christie was No. 1 with Amarillo - which punters were buying at 3.99 - you could buy a whole TC album (including Amarillo) for the same price.

I find it most amusing that the Billy Fury collection is selling so well (anyone know any numbers?) - especially when you realise that virtually ALL of the tracks have been available of budget priced CDs for years !
