JK2006 Some are good, some are bad, the vast majority (as everywhere) are adequate.

My problem with Universal is that the powers that be at the top have used ability in the old ways to disguise the deep problems of the old model.

As a result they could be the last to deal with those crucial basic flaws.

JK2006 Our industry cannot be in too bad a state if Amy's wonderful performance of REHAB at the GRAMMYS is anything to go by.

I'm also impressed by Adele (though I'm not sure Richard Russell is handling her quite right - much though I admire him) and by Duffy (great fun).

Despite all the cutbacks, negativity and firings, we seem to have the talent and the executives who can find, develop and nurture it.

Five Grammys? A VERY good year for us Brits.
