In The Know Could it be Loop Di Love by Shag ?
JK2006 You got it Mart - it was eventually (10 years later) the Entertainment USA theme but back then it was called I'll Slap Your Face and I released it under the name A Handful Of Cheek (some would say I'm as cheeky today as I was then).
Mart The only "Ow" I can think of that you did was in the Ents USA them, but surely it wasnt recorded that early?
Lynne Bracken I wasn't born in 1973 but I am interested to see if I am right. In 1973 you had UK Records up and running. So it might be one of the following:
Roy C shotgun wedding
10 CC rubber bullets
10CC The dean and I
BUT somehow I don't belive it is one of these three. So you must have recorded for another label.
JK2006 Just had an e-m from Keith Skues (Cardboard Shoes) asking for the name of a track of mine he's playing this weekend in a repeat show of a 1973 Radio Caroline programme in which a track of mine featuring a cry of OW! is going to be played again.

Anyone know the original title and artiste?
