Manager Man	Simon isn't really an A&R man is he? He's a good businessman - but his musical knowledge experience is extremely limited (see the section in Mike Stock's book where Simon asked him what that clicking noise was - only to be told it was the kick drum !)
JK2006	Definition... When a performer wanting to tug heart strings on a TV reality show does... PIE JESU (if they are young) or NESSUN DORMA (if they are old and ugly) or when an A&R man (Simon I'm talking to you) does... UNCHAINED MELODY. Come on! There IS other good music around.
