Michael I just read an interesting study commissioned by Belgium's Sabam. It reveals that 8 out 10 employees download music, software or films during office hours.

As this is happening on company servers and time, Sabam has started an awareness campaign targeted at making companies more aware of the consequences, which are legal, technical and very practical (server crashes, some of which take between 1 and 8 hours to fix, in 26 and 10% of cases respectively).
