Yes, so it's different. But then so is the i-Pod and online sales. We get used to it.
But one thing is for sure: a board is only as good as the people that contribute to it (not fogetting the erstwhile moderators that must contribute a fair amount of time).

Maybe you could re-group the titles (links) on the left, for example: all sites were the public can post together. |

I've taken "alternative" out of the titles.
Mat; we're happy for anyone to post on any subject on either board but Tipsheet tends to be more music; YV more general and personal.

I found it a bit confusing at first, but fine now I've got used to the new moves. I haven't been around since my computer is in the process of being converted for recording use only. I now have another machine for the net, email etc. All exciting stuff...I have a whole new catalogue in the works and should be ready towards the end of the year. A big hello to all the regulars. |

to show all answers to a thread on the start page makes little sense (only if you use the subject line as a one line answer, but most people use the automatic RE:, so there is no useful information, apart from the name of the poster).
Since you made this change, the side takes very long to load for modem users.
So maybe it is possible to show fewer threads per page to minimise the loading time. |
