I think you'll find that the 'occupations' of finalists on the XFactor and other such programmes are never quite what they seem. Mundane jobs and sob stories are the order of the day. |

Interesting that the bin man angle on Andys story I had not heard before and yet having left the news on all morning here as it develops, it is gradually starting to become the angle.
When I read ITK`s post, I laughed and had no idea that it was based on any facts at all as it could have been applied in any similar circumstance. |

Andy was only a binman for ten weeks to fill in between other jobs. The media latched onto his binman experience, but that was never his main occupation. |
