Denise Although your wider point is mostly true, if I can be pedantic for a moment, the lady soldier was actually sent their as an intelligence gatherer and would only have used her weapon for self defence if attacked. I suppose you could argue that her information may have lead to other soldiers killing people. Some of the others who died were engineers sent there to build roads and bridges, etc.

The video is fairly entertaining.
JK2006 Sorry you don't like it Mike; the joke? Well, essentially on Athletes I think but also autocratic regimes (which we have become, marching jackbooted over Afghanistan and Iraq), soldiers (a nation seems to be mourning a woman we sent off to kill people), cruel leaders (be they Chinese, Brit or Yank) and, always, the media.

Plus don't ever forget - me.

The joke is always partly on me.
