dixie	Not sure you're right in the reasoning. The job-loss saving won't have kicked in yet, and though "Wadders" has gone, much of the profit/turnover increase will be down to what he and others had put in place BEFORE they left - including the signing of Coldplay, whose album assisted in providing the additional revenue/profit.
