Michael I wouldn't call it a new model by a large margin (at what stage does money become involved?). But it's certainly a very interesting idea.

Here's one that involves money, T-shirts and lyrics. Not exactly a new model either, but some extra revenue for The Beatles and Aerosmith somewhere along the line.
