dixie I understood that Kid Rock specifically has not allowed Apple US to sell his current product, but the same restriction was not applied to other countries. As I said, that's what I understand, but I'm happy to be 2shot down in flames" if somebody has an alternative theory.
Mart Ah now this does happen but I have not know it happen on such a high level. One of our albums was only available on ITunes USA for ages. Nobody offered an explanation for this, when it was sorted out, and I know the uploading of the album was done properly as I did it myself.

It is very easy to miss out one the territory boxes and pretty easy to do should you want to, I don`t personally see any point in that anymore though. A release just as well come out in all territories to my thinking.
JK2006 He IS available on iTunes UK (why?) and could not have had a No1 without them.

But he's not on iTunes US.
