It seems like yesterday but it was more than 31 years ago that I saw the Adverts opening for The Damned (Sundown Discotheque, August 77)

I wouldn't buy it. I doubt I'd even accept a free copy. Not a bad song in a pub singer-ish sort of way, but I couldn't survive the full track.

Sadly, I suspect me loving it is some sort of kiss of death. That's the sort of thing UK should be putting in the Eurovision. |
