DJones ... but I fear this, like all the other complaints before, will go on for years, and IF there is the slightest chance of losing, Sony BMG will settle out of court.

and surely it's time people started examining royalty payments from downloads.
DJones The Sony BMG accounting is just the "normal" industry standard.

The majors made deductions on "breakage" on cds, so why not on downloads?
