JK2006 When I worked for The Sun, I was told, bluntly and in simple terms, that it was policy to try to destroy the BBC.

"Not by me", I answered.

That agenda amongst those furious that the BBC can provide essentially for free what companies need to sell, remains in place.

That's why the Brand/Ross drama was inflated (cleverly). That's why the NOTW has a go at the salaries today.

Let's not fall for this.

In fact, let's go out of our way to support the BBC.
