Mart I think the Damned still gig a bit.

They are wonderful, occasionally, they all went in the same direction!
I saw them live in about `78, and it is still one of my favourite gigs. John Moss from Culture Club ,later on, was on drums, I don`t know why Rat Scabies was not there, they played all over the place, and mainly out of synch with each other, but it was still brilliant.
This element, of nuttiness, in current "punk" bands, is all faked up, everything has to have a perfect polishing on it and the real human edge is becoming lost.

Where are the Jake Rivieras of this world these days to find eccentric bands like the Damned?
Had they been looked at by the current music regime they would have been rejected for not playing well enough and not credited for being great songwriters and energetic colourful entertainers.
Angel Excellent. Got a sore neck now from all that head banging! What ever happened to the Damned?
zooloo Sod TotP we need a Damned

Very bemused audience.
Mart

Well no, of course it isn`t, but one great reason why need a TOTP back or similar.

(watch out for the guitar neck on this one, it`s a very moment)
