There's only one response to that ...
Who is Michael Sembello?
I think the song is a bit repetative. Much prefer Elmore. |

Er, it seems like you're both unaware of "Maniac" being a cover of the Michael Sembello song? Come on, lads... |

A very appropriate video to feature at this time, which is probaly why they did.
The Jackson Cook song is quite moving and thought provoking. Not so impressed with the Jayden Felder song though. It's ok, but I've heard better disco tracks. |

Elmore enter the chart this week with "My God has Seen". It has a kinda early 70s progressive feel, and it didn't so much grow on me as evolve. This band has some really good tracks.
Highest new entry comes from Jayden Felder. It's a funky dance number and could really catch on. One of the best dance tracks since the BeeGees.
Nicky Swann is very folky, very smooth and very enjoyable. There seems to be a lot of talent in the South West UK these days.
Then there's Jackson Cook; a familiar name to regular Fab Chart followers. His song is about Darfur and man's inhumanity to man. It ends with .. "The world's a cruel place. I'm ashamed to show my face."
Tom Milsom holds on to the top spot for a second week, and the highest climber comes from Stacie Rose. Mart still hangs on in the Top Ten.
