Didn't JK say this a while ago in respect of the music industry and indeed commented that more people post on your views than the tipsheet messageboard.
At least I suppose this messageboard allowed Walter to air his opinions (in some cases somewhat negative towards the man whose site it is), that is in itself one of the reasons that I find this site better than the rest. And remember this site is has only as interesting as the news and the people that post on it. |

I agree with Walter but all other music boards are equally dull these days, just check out DIS, ROTD, Popjustice and so on.
At weekends especially they dry up totally.
Fans and industry alike are drying up.
The Buckley story a couple of months ago was here first - our paper got it from here. If anything interesting had been backstage at the Brits I'm sure it would have run here. |

Why do journalists wait until someone on a board like this one brings complete stories to them? Why don't they go out and dig thru the dirt themselves?
And is it this boards fault, when journalist don't get the hints that are placed here? |

This board which once was essential for information and amusing and relevant gossip has become utterly trivial and meaningless.
Once a regular haunt for journo's of all persuasions, it is an empty AND dull shadow of its former glory.
I like many of my trade who would visit on a regular basis if not always post, take my leave.
