andrew I always look in the windows that the ones I use to go to and think of the great times I had in them going through the obscurity music and listening to them.
The Cat I liked my old local crumbling crusty vinyl dust skip. It used to be the center of my universe. I still mourn it's passing.
JK2006 but an interesting feature on BBC brekkie saying that, whilst over 50% have shut, new ones are opening and doing great business.

This has been my argument for years. There is great room for good, new, imaginative shops. Good riddance to the old crumbling crusty vinyl dust skips.
