Al James love him or hate him he is a great songwriter, acomplished. One of my favourite (non hit) chris deburgh songs is 'head and heart'
andrew Great song at Christmas enjoyed by Christians and people from UFO Religions.
JK2006 A Spaceman Came Travelling was superb and my favourite of all was More Than This, never (why?) released as a single.
Gerald Wiley Chris De Burgh is a brilliant writer and singer! I am not a fan of lady in red either but it is still a great love song as is the lesser known Missing You.

Spanish train from his earlier work stands out for me, amazing storytelling! Even some of his 90's work is very very good.
BR His early work was superb. Agreed. Did not like Lady in Red though !!!
