Big End if you do pull it off, I will be the first to cheer from the balcony. Three points to consider:

1. I got all the way to the top of the feeding chain with rock/country rooted stuff, huge following, press, radio and all the bit. Oh well!
2. Someone we both know hammered the stunning Dave Matthews band. Oh well!
3. Two fabulous Alt-Country bands stiff despite major push. Oh well!

The very, very best to you Martin as always. I sincerely hope I stand corrected.
Martin K I am willing to test the water at the moment myself.
This kind of music is not as fresh on our ears as it is to people that havent heard it`s genre before.
Our guy down here, is a blatant pin-up, and in this genre, from an English character, I find the idea interesting to see if we can pull the whole thing off.
Nizlopi, are , polular, sweet and briliant, but I cannot see them adorning walls of music fans.
if....and it`s a big IF..., I can introduce country/punk/english hillbilly/ to a TOTP audience,(as a mainstream) I will sit back , and go job done!
Big End It's good stuff, but is there really a large enough audience for this out there? Alt-country, folk and related genres do have a following, but to my knowledge and experience it is very limited in the UK.
Martin K Theres a couple of regular nights down here if he fancies the trip.
Manager Man I've got his album - which is very good. It's not one for me - but thought you may be interested? He needs gigs outside Leicester !!!
