giles2008 Been playing Convoy GB myself recently. I converted my old vinyl copy just a few weeks ago. For a comedy single it was a rather good one. Nice to see it getting to a new generation.
Emma Bee I often listen to DLT on Magic FM at weekends. I wonder if he'll hear about this.

Yes, 'Nice one Perri' was recorded for a bit of fun, but also to pay genuine tribute to Perri Kiely who's a very talented dancer. Cool to see it in the chart.
The Cat Laurie Lingo and the Dipsticks (alias Dave Lee Travis and Paul Burnett) a new entry in this week's FAB Chart at number 11 with Convoy GB. No idea why. but it was good to hear it again.

'Nice One Perri' say the Cosmic Hoot at 14. This is one of those songs not to be taken too seriously. It's quite fun and owes a little bit to some guy called Cyril although it's about a young member of Diversity.

Frio at 17 are from the Philipines and sound pretty good. I must check out more of their stuff.

Laura Marling at 20 has a really cool folky accoustic number. It grows on you, and I love the quality in her voice.

Cole Citrenbaum holds on the the top spot.

A nice little selection.
