Chris Retro	I may be wrong.... but I suspect there is slightly more to this than meets the eye in that I sense Gately had some sort of mental or physical fragility and that Walsh & the Boyzone lads were very much 'looking after him'
david	a friend of mine is choreographer and director of a touring production he was part of a few years ago, and spoke highly of him as a person (though did say he could be a bit lazy lol) R.I.P.
giles2008	Not a lead item on the news though and certainly not the blanket coverage Sky News are giving it. We are not talking Michael Jackson on this one. We are talking about an average Irish Karaoke singer. Sky News have a reporter outside the X Factor show in London and they have just wheeled out Andrew Lloyd Webber saying that he could have been "great". The BBC is not leading with it but it remains more important than Gordon Browns expenses and a Greenpeace protest at the Houses Of Parliament. Nice to see our news channels focusing on the important issues.
In The Know	Always a tregedy when we lose someone, but especially so young. RIP
BR	Heartbreaking for his family and friends. A wonderful singer who will be missed by both the pop and theatre world. ....just so unfair..... RIP and thank you for the joy you brought to so many people in your short life.
