Will Kevans at Christmas - what more do you want. His debut album is about to come out ( years overdue ) and is a very tasty set of Pop with a country tinge. Will has just completed a 21 Date UK tour and finishes the year with 2 amazing shows as follows :
1 Christmas,2 Gigs 2 Cities and a partridge in a pear tree....
Fresh back from his 21 date UK Tour. Will invites you to a Christmas shindig in Hoxton on 17th of December at South of The Border at 8pm and for those in New York a gig with the seminal folk artist Judy collins on the 21st at The Bitter End.
London will be a great festive gathering of all my pals with some great guests, fellow tour mate Gareth Icke will be doing an acoustic set, some of my favourite bands Buckshot Soup will be boshing out some country style choons in a drunken devil may care stylie, with 5 star album rated folkstress Katy Carr and The Aviators,Katja Von Kassel will be whipping us into Santa's good books with some Teutonic Dominatrix 80s Marlene Dietrchnessss as well as JD Smith giving it large on the delta blues tip.It will be a great way to bring in the festive season and also a chance to have a drink before 2010.
The New York gig takes place at The Bitter End a well renowned folk club
that has played host to many legends such as Joan Baez, Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell as well as a host of contemporary artists. Will has recently signed a deal with Judy Collins' Wild flower Record label in New York and this will be the first of many US dates planned for the release of the forthcoming album Everything You Do.
This will be available to purchase in the UK late January early February with a UK Tour planned.
