Michael Wat.tv, listed as the 3rd most-visited video site, has signed an agreement with Sacem to pay rights for the content they show. They claim to have 4-5 million unique visitors per month. If you have releases in France, it might be worth chasing up www.wat.tv

In other news, MCM has stopped some of its broadcasing but annouced that it is launching Virgin 17, a channel based on indie charts (full charts minus the ailing majors).
