Prunella Minge Maybe it's like a chemical/neurological revision of Dorian Gray: James Taylor took all of that heroin and cocaine in the seventies but remains remarkably sharp and coherent, while poor sober Carly had her brain burnt-out by spooky association.
JK2006 Even on BBC Breakfast today she is very strange - her mind seems to go at one mile an hour.
Prunella Minge Wasn't that painful? I'd partly blame the One Show team - they surely know what she's like, so why plant her on a show that suffers from acute ADD? But she seemed to be talking while waiting - in (so) vain - for something vaguely witty to crawl into her head, which was a disaster. I really liked her and especially James Taylor (who has always seemed a real gent - did you know him?), but deary me she's gone odd!
JK2006 She is clearly quite incapable of communicating at normal speed, possibly because she has twice as many teeth as necessary.
No wonder we still don't know who's so vain.
