cillas big arse yes it is stupid.from what I understand the girl lied about her age, she's 13.the man didn't lie about his age and arranged a meeting.its typical sue me USA.did you also know that KFC is now the latest to be sued for making someone fat, christ its beyond belief.I guess its why these stories don't make worldwide news as some yanks are embaressed by this sort of shit.
DJKZ And while they are at it they should sue the following:

Microsoft for providing internet explorer thats how their daughter found myspace.

Their ISP for not monitoring the girl's online activities and chats.

Their telco for making it possible to see people on the internet.

And the bufoons who got the computer in the first place for the girl to use to meet this man. Oh ! Thats them.

Tragic as it, the only people to blame are the girl herself, because if she is underage she shouldnt be on myspace in the first place and her parents for not having a good relationship and helping her to be safe
when meeting this person.
cillas big arse out here in good ole US of A,a family is suing my space because their girl met a man on the website and he assualted her (maybe sexually) .they are asking $30 mill.
