Robbie will continue as a solo artist with EMI.

My understanding is that the new Robbie Williams Greatest Hits package completes his obligations to EMI, so, he is free to re-join Take That, and, if he wants, take his solo recording career wherever he/his management wants.
In The Know Robbie will continue as a solo artist with EMI.
DJones Is the "Greatest Hits" the last album under the EMI-deal?

Will Guy Hands see any money from the reuninted Take That? Or is Robbie Williams about to jump ship - and offer his services to Vivendi's UMG?
In The Know Sky are currently reporting that Robbie Williams will rejoin TT for a year this autumn with a new joint album.

ITK's understanding of the situation is this -

Robbie will release Greatest Hits album in October.

A joint Robbie / TT single will come out for Christmas.
Robbie will then tour with the band next summer.

We'll see who is right !
