Anthony Countries use different methods for choosing their songs, and will change them from year to year. There are always a few with open competition available to foreign composers. Check out the Eurovision websites of which there are plenty, or simply email the relevant TV channels of the participating countries.
JK2006 Sadly I'm no longer involved in Eurovision - my time running the UK contest was terrific fun and climaxed in a win for us with Love Shine A Light and Katrina but I am not considered these days to be in a position to assist.
Songwriter I have a song that i am convinced would do really well in the contest.

How does one go about submitting a song for consideration?

I'd imagine the UK will be commisioning another turgid effort from the musical establishment, but are there any other countries out there actively seeking decent songs?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
