Prunella Minge That was missing the point. One of the many, many, great things about The Beatles was that they released brilliant singles without plundering their albums (until the odd late one). That was wonderful. Compare that to the bone-sucking desperation of 'Thriller'.

And another thing: most of those other songs weren't suited to being singles, so it's all a bit forced.
