DJones Citigroup is financing the acquisition of Chrysalis plc by BMG Rights Management (a KKR company).

BMG is paying 107,4 millon pounds (which is a premium of 45,5%).

So what's next? Merging BMG Rights Management & EMI Music Publishing?
