JK2006 Here's my pick - Norway

tom i'm still not convinced that norway will win but you were right about germany last year, sweden as you say is contrived for the contest but you could say that about most songs including norway and some of the past winners
i'm not convinced by anyone as yet so i think we might be in for a bit of a surprise this year,
i agree blue can't, the people who chose the uk entry either knowingly pick none starters or have no idea of what it takes to win the contest, yes i know jade ewen did do well, 5th, but she was never going win
Blacky Just seen them on Graham Norton. Thought the song came across pretty well but the guy with the squeeky voice is terrible, he has little or no control over that forced horrible sound.
JK2006 Well I probably don't know what I'm talking about but neither Dana nor Sweden (there's a far better song called Popular - it stops the show in Wicked) stand a chance.

Both entries, like Blue, sound like they were specifically written for Eurovision (always a mistake) whereas Norway just sounds like a hit and Jedward's is simply two kids having fun with rubbish.
david the UK entry is so bland and doesn't stand out.

My money from what i've heard so far is on Israel with Dana International again. As 'dance' numbers go it is much mor catchy than ours

I love the way her backing singers have dressed for abigail's party )
