JK2006 Can I plug Cuddly Toy once more - now on top rotation on Radio Two - I think it's a fantastic version and it must be having problems being on her own small label.
Jonathan King's Crystal Balls Shame about that voice. Shouting is not singing in my book, Beverley. She tries too hard - poor vocal control and way too shrill.
JK2006 Yes; on Liza Tarbuck sitting in for Mayo on R2 yesterday (and very good incidentally) Beverley seemed totally down to earth and grounded.
david Every time I've seen her interviewed she comes across as a genuinely nice person with little pretence.
JK2006 Her treatment of Roachford's Cuddly Toy is fantastic and deserves to be a big hit.
