It's 95 years in the US.
In the UK it is "70 years from the end of the calendar year in which the last principal director, author or composer dies.
If the work is of unknown authorship: 70 years from end of the calendar year of creation, or if made available to the public in that time, 70 years from the end of the year the film was first made available." |

strange one this as most industrial music has film samples not cleared,the biggest one is by revolting cocks "beers,steers and queers" that uses the whole rape scene from deliverance.I would speak to musicians union lawyers its free to members and may be worth joining just to find out. |
