... and confusing Pentangle with The Johnstons !

he was so much more than Pentangle. He and John Renbourn together pioneered the English folk movement in the 60's to enable Incredible String Band, Donovan, Roy Harper, Nick Drake, Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span and Pentangle to flourish .
his Transatlantic catalogue is still available . Have a listen to Lauren Laverne tomorrow morning on BBC 6 to hear more. |
