robbiex Are we going to charge the off-licence owner who supplied the alcohol which killed Amy Winehouse?
veritas as a person with a similar sleep problem I sympathise with the late Jackson and know that you will almost pay any price for a good night's kip.

Jackson was slowly killing himself with his drug addiction but to blame the doctor..the last one in a long chain of those who allowed Jackson's lifestyle to continue which includes all those family members who sat by (except his kids) is pretty useless.

Doctors routinely make small mistakes in hospitals around the world and people die. very few end up in court.

What about those who lined up to falsely accuse him of sex offenses and the frightful prosecutors who went all out to convict Jackson on phoney charges?...they all deliriously faced the media and salivated at the opportunity to lock up Jackson.

Michael is just another victim of the celebrity game and in particular US law where the accused has their life totally shredded before they even make it to court.

I'm surprised he didn't top himself earlier.
robbiex I think if Jacko didn't get his propofol from Conrad Murray, then he would have got it from someone else. I believe that Michael Jackson demanded this drug and Murray wrongly supplied it to him. If he didn't supply it then jackson would have gone elsewhere, and the end result would still have been the same. I don't think it should have come to court.
david interesting programme o Channel 4 last night interviewing Conrad Murray.

Maybe there is also controlling aspect to it?

Now that's a really good point.
