david Although they only really had one'hit' in the UK (Bad Day), this trio produced a slew of wonderful genre-defying albums in the 80s and 90s, including 2 amazing live albums.

When I was living in France they were huge there and I got the chance to see them live many times. Carmel McCourt's voice is to die for.

After a 15 year absence they have a new album 'Strictly Piaf' (the clue is in the title...) Edith Piaf songs reinterpreted in a dreamy, jazzy way, plus a couple of original compositions. The arrangements are stunning, and that voice.....

For anyone who has forgotten them or doesn't know them.. a few vids...
