Pixie	The charts were available to the industry by 1pm. If the BBC could announce the Number One, they could run the entire charts. The problem was nobody was there to do it, and the show had been pre-recorded with just a number of different options for the number one. (probably just Wives and Mixes).
robbiex	The charts aren't available until 4pm this evening with the number 1 revealed at 7pm, so they couldn't include the rundown as it wasn't available.
andrew	I knew they wouldn't show Alex so I didn't watch who knows what happens in New Years ?
JK2006	at fucking up a winning format, we should have guessed they would drop the CHART RUNDOWN from Top of the Pops. They are SUCH wankers. I've had dozens of complaints from viewers around the world saying "why wasn't the chart revealed? Where is Alex?" Like all our traditional, terrestrial, music industry executives - clueless. They simply don't have a clue, do they? De Caf must work for them.
